Sci-fi humor with a slapstick bent: Pinton is a genetically-enhanced mercenary pig with a penchant for violence and women.
The series is very reminiscent of Heavy Metal when the stories are more on the silly side; it also has a strong flavor of Mad Magazine in the cartoonish nature of the violence.

Pinton holds a Bond-esque detached attitude to his acts of violence, cracking bad jokes as his enemies explode, dissolve, or exsanguinate.
